Brake Lines from Master Cylinder
Four metal brake lines exit the master cylinder to operate the two front brakes and two back brakes associated with the vehicle. Trace these lines if you suspect a leak in the braking system. The lines will transition from metal tubing to flexible rubber tubing at various places to allow the lines to flex as the vehicle suspension and steering is operated.
