Seepage from CV Axle Seals

This photo shows the CV axle where it connects into the transmission. The seals on this side are allowing seepage of transmission fluid that wicks over the side and lower surface of the transmission. It might be a bit messy, but doesn’t present a problem because there is no leakage that one might have to be concerned about with respect to making a puddle on the pavement or having to periodically top up transmission fluid level.
